We prepared for our Guests cosy and comfortable rooms with an en-suite bath. In every bathroom there is a toilet, a washbasin on a spacious stand and a large shower cabin. There is an Internet connection in every room. To the exclusive disposal of our Guests there is a well equipped kitchen and a large dining room with a fireplace. In the Fireplace Room there is an audio system with a radio and a gramophone including a collection of old vinyl LP records. There are no TV sets :-)

Adjoining the house are two terraces. One at the southern wall ideal for sunbathing. Second on the west side with an access from the Fireplace Room, to enjoy outside celebrating when the weather is warm.

There is a bonfire place in the garden. It is also possible to make a bonfire on our meadow beautifully located on the southern slope above the homestead. Parking is possible off the paved road, at the entrance to our property. The house has own sewage-treatment facility and an environment friendly heating system based on a heat pump and a fireplace with a water jacket. We segregate garbage and kindly ask our Guests to do the same. Smoking outside only. Respecting surrounding us calm and tranquillity we do not organize ‘noisy integration events’. Pets can be accepted by an individual agreement.
